EASL Congress 2026 活動報告

2026年5月27日(水)~5月30日(土)にかけて、スペイン・バルセロナのFira BarcelonaにてEASL Congress 2026(European Association for the Study of the Liver) が開催されました。横浜市立大学医学部肝胆膵消化器病学教室からは米田正人医師、岩城慶大医師、ならびに国際医療福祉大学熱海病院病院長の中島淳医師が現地に参加いたしました。

 このたび、スペイン・バルセロナで開催されたEASL Congress 2026(European Association for the Study of the Liver)に参加し、研究成果を発表いたしました。
 私は、高トリグリセリド血症を合併したMASLD患者を対象とした多施設共同無作為化比較試験(PRESENT study)の結果を報告し、他の研究者との意見交換を通じて有意義な知見を得ることができました。
 EASL Congressでは、MASLD領域を中心に数多くの革新的な研究成果が発表され、世界の研究動向や最新の知見に直接触れる貴重な機会となりました。特に薬物療法の分野では、第Ⅱ相・第Ⅲ相臨床試験の結果が相次いで報告され、MASLD診療が新たな時代を迎えつつあることを強く実感しました。
 今回得られた知見を今後の研究活動および日常診療に生かし、エビデンスの創出と肝疾患診療の発展に貢献してまいります。
